Main Responsibilities

  • Immersing oneself in our client’s products, acquiring comprehensive knowledge of products and services to address customer inquiries and provide personalized  suggestions.
  • Presenting our offerings effectively, showcasing products and delivering engaging presentations to captivate audiences and spark interest.
  • Establishing and nurturing connections, fostering positive relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues across our team.
  • Listening attentively and learning from customer feedback, sharing insights with the team to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Monitoring and reporting on promotional activities’ effectiveness, evaluating customer engagement metrics, and proposing strategies for greater impact.
  • Mastering presentation techniques, organizing and managing promotional materials to create visually appealing and informative brand experiences.
  • Embracing teamwork, collaborating with fellow team members to attain shared goals and objectives.
